Hello! I’m Merryl
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Holistic Wellbeing Coach with over 35 years of experience in the mental health and wellbeing field. I offer trauma-informed, compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centred support to individuals and couples seeking to navigate life’s challenges, improve their mental health, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and balance.
My practice is grounded in the belief that healing and transformation happen when we are met with respect, authenticity, and empathy. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck or unfulfilled, I provide a warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences safely and begin to move forward.
Holistic Wellbeing Coaching
In addition to my clinical psychotherapy practice, I offer holistic wellbeing coaching for individuals seeking personal development, balance, and fulfilment in life. My Approach
I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT (Cognitive behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectial Behaviour Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), trauma-informed care, IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and holistic wellbeing coaching. This allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs—whether you’re seeking deep healing, emotional regulation, clarity, or direction.
